You understand that swimming and water-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, injury, or drowning.
Participation in swim lessons does not make a child or adult drown-proof, and constant adult supervision is required at all times outside of scheduled lesson instruction.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release SwimForLife, its instructors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in swim lessons or lifeguard services.
You confirm that you are responsible for the swimmer’s physical condition and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions, limitations, or special needs.

Learning Expectations
Every swimmer progresses at their own pace. No specific outcomes or timelines are guaranteed.
Forcing progress before a swimmer is ready may increase fear rather than build confidence. Our teaching approach prioritizes safety, trust, and steady development.
